Honestly,I miss the moment..Once again..I WANT, to be there.Amin

I had my training in UIA seishinkan dojo last tuesday and friday..

In the hecticness of repeatition,

I come to realize...that the more we do the more we know ourselve..

I am talking about all the kihon, kumite tehcniques and katas...

And it's so true..the more we know ourselve, i.e our weaknesses, then we realize..

There are still thousands miles to go...

Hm...

And we'll love this feeling..

and even miss it sometimes..

I start to feel it now..

And I know I will never stop in this journey...
